JSON PowerEdit
Edit any Elementor widget’s raw settings JSON directly from the panel — with a raw textarea for paste-and-replace and an interactive tree view for surgical edits.
Opening the editor
Select any widget. In the Content tab, click Edit JSON next to the repeater control. The modal opens over the panel.
Raw mode
Opens in Raw mode — a full-height textarea showing the widget's settings as pretty-printed JSON. You can:
- Paste JSON from another widget to clone its settings.
- Edit any value and click Apply.
- Copy the current JSON to share or version-control.
ECS validates JSON before applying. Malformed JSON shows an error — the widget is not modified.
Tree mode
Switch via the toolbar toggle for a collapsible interactive view.

Use cases
Clone widget settings across pages: copy raw JSON on source, paste on target.
Bulk-edit repeater items: edit all items in one paste — faster than the panel UI.
Version-control widget data: copy JSON to a file and commit alongside your theme.
