Menu Responsive

Makes the Elementor Nav Menu widget fully responsive. Layout, alignment, pointer, and animations can be set independently per breakpoint — including a proper hamburger/dropdown mode.

Setup

  1. Enable Menu Responsive.
  2. Open any page with an Elementor Nav Menu widget.
  3. Layout, Pointer, and Alignment controls now show responsive breakpoint icons.

Responsive controls

ControlOptions
Layouthorizontal / vertical / dropdown
Alignmentleft / center / right / space-between
Pointernone / underline / overline / ...
Animationsvarious hover / active

Setting Layout → dropdown on a breakpoint activates the hamburger toggle for that breakpoint.

Sub-menu behaviour

In dropdown layout, sub-menus open vertically on tap/click. Height animates via CSS transition. The hamburger button receives aria-expanded and aria-controls attributes automatically.

Use cases

Standard responsive header: horizontal on desktop, hamburger dropdown on mobile.

Sidebar navigation on tablet: vertical on tablet only.

Full-page mobile menu: dropdown on mobile with fade animation.
