AI Assistant
The primary way to create Features, Jobs and Reports. Describe what you want in plain language; Clautron generates a complete, ready-to-activate blueprint.
Opening the assistant
Go to Clautron → AI Assistant. You can also click + New Feature from the Features page, or + New Job from the Jobs page — both open the assistant with the right context pre-set.
Writing a good prompt
You don't need technical language. Describe the outcome you want.
Features
- "Add an SEO meta box to posts and pages with fields for title, description and focus keyword. Show a score column in the posts list."
- "When a post is saved, check if it has a title, featured image and excerpt. Store a completeness score."
- "Block publishing if the post doesn't have a featured image."
Jobs
- "Every Monday at 8am, find all posts older than 90 days with no comments and set them to draft."
- "Send an email to admin@mysite.com every day at 9am with the count of posts published yesterday."
Reports
- "Show me a table of all posts published in the last 30 days with their word count and comment count."
- "List all users who registered more than 6 months ago and have never published a post."
What happens next
After you send a prompt, Clautron:
- Calls your configured AI provider with the prompt.
- Receives a blueprint JSON configuration.
- Displays the blueprint as a human-readable summary.
- Asks you to Activate or Edit.
Clicking Activate compiles the blueprint — all WordPress hooks, metaboxes, columns, and other structural elements are registered immediately.
Conversation history
The assistant remembers your conversation within a session. You can refine or adjust:
- "Also add a robots field with a dropdown for index/noindex."
- "Make the column show a percentage bar instead of a number."
Click New Feature to start a fresh conversation.
Importing a blueprint
If you have a blueprint JSON file (from another site or shared by the community), go to Clautron → Features and click ↑ Import Blueprint. Paste the JSON directly or upload the file.
