Overview
Clautron is an AI-powered WordPress functionality builder. Describe what you want in plain language — Clautron generates the configuration and wires it directly into WordPress. No code required.
Open the AI Assistant, type a sentence describing what you need, and Clautron returns a structured blueprint — a JSON configuration the engine can execute. Click Activate and the metabox, the column, the cron job, the report appears live on your site. No restart, no cache flush, no deployment.
The three things you build
- Features — persistent functionality that reacts to events: custom metaboxes, list columns, publish gates, post-save logic.
- Jobs — automated tasks on a one-time or cron schedule.
- Reports — saved data queries with table or chart output.
How it stays safe
The AI doesn't write PHP. It composes primitives — a fixed catalog of audited building blocks. The engine enforces hard limits no blueprint can override: WordPress core options are read-only, capabilities are untouchable, REST routes register only under clautron/v1. Every write operation supports dry-run mode before it touches your data.
